Provides individualized support for participants who need intensive job coaching and ongoing support for competitive integrated employment. This includes matching the individuals unique strengths, abilities, interests to succeed in the workplace.
A person-centered approach with supported employment services to develop a customized job that bests match the participants skills and interests and the specific needs of the employer.
Provides individualized assistance and support that is tailored to each participants unique needs, skills, and interests. This includes assisting in job search, resume writing, and interview skills to securing employment.
On-site coaching and support to help learn the job tasks, develop work behaviors, and build relationships with colleagues. This program allows the participant to identify their strengths and weaknesses, build confidence, and develop the skills necessary to maintain employment.
Short-term training programs to help develop the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the workplace. This includes topics like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
